    This IDL Packaging strapping cart with dispenser is designed for steel and polyester strapping. The dispenser fits steel strapping coils with 16" x 3" core and polyester coils with 16" x 6" core. Convenient 10" rubber tires and a C-shaped handle make the cart easy to roll, even on rough surfaces. This cart possesses an excellent brake system.
